1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vezne (the "Service"), a personal finance tracking application. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Vezne is — and isn't
Vezne helps you record, categorize, and review your own income and expenses, including importing bank statement files you upload yourself. Vezne is not a bank, a licensed financial institution, an investment adviser, or a payment service provider. It does not connect to your bank accounts, move money, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service should be treated as such advice.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- You may sign in with a password or with Google Sign-In, at your choice.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion deactivates the account immediately with a 30-day window to restore it by signing back in; after that window, the account's data is permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policyfor details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's data, probe or bypass the Service's access controls, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Upload files you don't have the right to upload, or content that is malicious (e.g. malware) or infringes someone else's rights.
- Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal personal use.
5. Your data
You own the financial data you enter or import into Vezne. We process it to provide the Service to you, as described in thePrivacy Policy — including, if you choose to enable it, sending PDF bank statements to a third-party AI service to help parse them. That feature is off by default and only runs when you turn it on in Settings.
6. Fees
Vezne is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced in the future, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you separately before any charge, and these Terms will be updated to reflect them.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions you make based on data you entered or imported. Always verify important financial figures against your bank's own records.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you where practical.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continuing to use Vezne after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
